What is the Gulf Coast Newcomers Club?
The purpose of the Newcomers Club is to help men and women meet others after moving to the MS Gulf Coast. It offers monthly meetings and many, many social activities during the month. With Newcomers Club there is no reason to feel lonely or lost in a new environment.
Membership is open to any resident of the three coastal counties of
Hancock, Harrison or Jackson who have resided here three years or less.
Social type meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at the Great Southern Club on top of the Hancock Bank Bldg in downtown Gulfport. The social hour begins at 11 AM and lunch is at 12 PM, followed by an entertaining speaker that educates the members about the area and meeting. Lunch costs $15, cash or check.
If you want to attend, contact 2nd VP, Membership, Joyce Weber at jweb2@cableone.net or Doris Buchert, 452-6236 OR just join us at the Great Southern Club and meet new people.
